By December 12, 2018, she was officially hired by the organization. Approaching her six-year anniversary, Lupita’s career began in the cleaning department, where she self-taught and gradually honed her skills in detailed cleaning. Over time, her proficiency and dedication were noticed by her supervisors, leading to her promotion to the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.

In her role, Lupita upholds high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail, ensuring that Journey Conference and Retreat Center remains a welcoming environment for all. As a supervisor, she oversees and coordinates daily housekeeping and janitorial operations, managing a team while maintaining the quality and efficiency of the services provided. Her aim is to ensure that all cleaning tasks meet the required standards and are completed on time, following established procedures.

Lupita’s responsibilities also extend to working closely with various departments within the organization, including reception, maintenance, and guest services. She takes great pride in her work and finds immense satisfaction in knowing that her efforts contribute to a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests and visitors.
